SPA MANAGER - Hotel SpaHOEDSPRUIT - Limpopo (South Africa)START: 15 June 2024 (pre-opening training commences)REPORT TO: Hotel GMTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00* (*subject to change based on operational needs)
• 45 hours worked per week
• Shifts will apply + days off each week
• Hospitality environment - trading all public holidays
• Flexibility is key

PACKAGE POTENTIAL & BENEFITS:

• R20,000-00 per month Gross (Negotiable BOE)
• Performance Incentive Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Must have own, reliable transport

• No Smoking (whilst on duty)
• Ability to work shifts as required seasonally (including major holidays)
• Beautifully groomed, well presented and professional appearance
• Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management / Hair Styling
• City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
• 3-years experience in a managerial capacity
• Cruise ship employment experience highly beneficial (but not essential)
• Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar
• Afrikaans language - bonus
• Spa software experience, must be computer literate & confident
• Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
• Able to lead and develop employees and services
• Ability to give timely and excellence spa and salon services at all time
• Knowledge of spa and salon procedures
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs
• Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa and Salon
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
