Hotel Store Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock control and purchasing for all food and beverage items, equipment, smalls, maintenance, and other requests.
- Oversee the operation and management of hotel vehicles.
- Ensure all store operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
- Allocate staff for requisitions, issuing, bulk prep, and portioning.
- Maintain store cleanliness, manage stock rotation, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train and manage store staff effectively.
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Hospitality Degree/Diploma is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management position.
- Previous experience in store management or logistics management.
- Experience with Micros System or other stock management systems is preferable.
