Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock control and purchasing for all food and beverage items, equipment, smalls, maintenance, and other requests.
  • Oversee the operation and management of hotel vehicles.
  • Ensure all store operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
  • Allocate staff for requisitions, issuing, bulk prep, and portioning.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, manage stock rotation, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Train and manage store staff effectively.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • Hospitality Degree/Diploma is an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a management position.
  • Previous experience in store management or logistics management.
  • Experience with Micros System or other stock management systems is preferable.
