We are seeking an attentive and dedicated Housekeeper to join our prestigious 5-star hotel team. The ideal candidate will ensure our guest rooms, spa and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
Restock supplies and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and effectively.
Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
Provide exceptional service to guests and address their requests promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills.
Good communication skills in English.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
