• Operations: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintaining all areas to five-star standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively respond to guest requests and feedback, building positive, customer-facing relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas are immaculate, reflecting luxury standards.
• Inventory & Budget Control: Manage supplies and equipment, keeping within budget and minimizing waste.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols in all housekeeping practices.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

• Experience: 5+ years in housekeeping, with at least 2 in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Skills: Strong client facing/ relationship abilities, attention to detail, time management, and team leadership skills. Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus, MS office non-negotiable
• Attributes: High standards of professionalism, adaptable under pressure, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
