Peak Management is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about maintaining top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The position offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a Property Manager role alongside your housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping operations across multiple properties, ensuring high cleanliness standards
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, maintaining efficiency and professionalism
- Work closely with management to optimize housekeeping and laundry operations
- Control stock and cleaning supplies, ensuring cost-effective management
- Conduct inspections to maintain top-tier guest experiences
- Handle guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Resort, Lodge, or 4/5-star hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training and management
- Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Own motor vehicle - this role requires travel between properties in Wilderness and driving staff around.
- Experience handling disciplinary procedures and staff performance management
- Professional, well-groomed, and a team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12
A Hotel Qualification/Diploma is an advantage
