Salary: R500 per hour for sessions booked

Are you a passionate and experienced mental health counsellor registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)? A counselling team in Somerset West is seeking a dedicated HPSA Registered Counsellor to join them. As a counsellor, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental well-being of our clients while receiving competitive compensation and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling services to clients in accordance with HPCSA regulations and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about current research and developments in the field of counselling.
• Reporting on activities as per company dashboards and sheets.
• Being a brand ambassador for our client.

• HPCSA registration as a counsellor.
• Appropriate degree in counselling psychology, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience providing general or specialised counselling services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Competitive hourly rate of around R500, experience depending.
