We've helped hundreds of organizations hire and manage staff, and our legendaryinsights into workforce costs empower ambitious local businesses and multinationals alike to makestrategic data-driven decisions.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actingas their main point of contact for HR-related matters.Identify opportunities to upsell our services, ensuring clients are aware of the full range ofsolutions we offer.Collaborate strategically with our recruiters, providing them with regular feedback on clienthiring needs and preferences.Employee Onboarding: Prepare and distribute onboarding forms, offer letters, andemployment contracts and coordinate the sourcing and delivery of IT equipment for newhires.HR Guidance: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, HR compliance matters, andbest practices. Manage employees through their probationary period, disciplinary processes,and offboarding procedures.HR Procedures: Conduct and chair disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with companypolicies and legal requirements.HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for clients.Employee Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including sending offboardingemails tailored to the nature of the departure. Oversee the collection and return of ITequipment from departing employees.General Client Requests: Handle changes to employment contracts such as salaryadjustments and working hours. Provide general HR advice and support as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an EOR or similar environment.Strong understanding of South African labour law, regulations, and best practices.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation and Key Benefits:R15,000.00 - R17,000.00R1000 Connectivity allowanceProfessional development opportunities.
