Looking for an individual that has a passion in HR and great people skills to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing company based in Brits. About the position: xc2xb7 Overseeing the entire human resources department to make sure it runs smoothly xc2xb7 Dealing with employment legislation and legal issues related to job applications, layoffs and other related concerns xc2xb7 Managing employee relations and working with employees to resolve any conflict or grievances xc2xb7 Overseeing all hiring and onboarding processes xc2xb7 Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new data, and updating previous employee data in internal HR databases xc2xb7 Reviewing, revising, and updating company policies Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Courses in HR would be advantages
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 3 years dealing with HR administration
  • Payroll experience would be advantages
