Overview:HR Administrator (South Africa)Purpose of the roleThe HR Administrator supports our HR Shared services team in our South African, Poland with system support required in the Spain and France entities. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.You should be experienced with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities:Responsibilities:HR Operations

  • Ensure that key HR operational processes are delivered successfully to the business.
  • Co-operate closely with HRSS on services out tasked.
  • Work with Recruitment to ensure offer packages keep consistent with local nsc reward systems.
  • Support Intra-Company transfers and associated documentation.
  • Work with central HR and line managers on the annual compensation process.
  • Assisting the Global HR to compile data for annual Talent Management Process.
  • Participation in projects to improve processes/practices.
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of the appraisal and performance management process/induction/interviewing/coaching and mentoring/learning & development.
  • Ensuring payroll documents are submitted by payroll cut-off
  • Provide one on one support to respective HRBP as required
  • Annual Compliance Reporting, WSP, ATR and Employment Equity.
  • Handle HR work requests and queries/transactions through a ticketing system
  • Handle end-to-end back office HR processes like on boarding within HR operations space.
  • To update HRMS database appropriately and accurately with new hire information, Understand and complete employee data.
  • Adhoc HR Projects as and when required
  • Any other reasonable HR administrative requests not listed above.
Employee & Management Guidance
  • You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external
  • Employee counselling and guidance on employment issues as appropriate.
  • Provide employees with Company policy advice and information as required.
  • Assist and guide management with localised HR administrative queries when required.
Essential FunctionKey CompetenciesTechnical
  • PC literate, working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong administration capability
  • Sound knowledge of assigned country employment law (preferable)
  • Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR
Non-Technical
  • Excellent communicator at all levels.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks across the organization.
  • Capable of challenging in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Strong follow up and delivery skills.
Key AccountabilitiesRequired Education and Experience
  • Must speak one of the following languages on a native level or fluently: English
  • At least 2-3-year strong experience working as an Administrator, either in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with international companies and start-ups (preferable)
  • Achieved or working towards professional HR qualification or equivalent.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
  • Valid work permit if non-South African
Work Environment
  • Remote Working
Position Type/Expected Hours
  • 09:00 am - 18: 00 pm - European Hours
Required Education and Experience
  • Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or relevant field
  • Willing to train the right person if you are good communicator & administratively strong
