Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for HR administration to contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties Includes, but is not limited to:



Issuing of new contracts, updating and renewal of existing Contracts Maintaining physical and digital personnel records i.e., gather documents like bank accounts. Aiding in the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting and verifying employment documents. Prepare employment documents and agreements as required. Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave, disciplinary outcome documentation, IOD and bargaining council). Administrate, facilitate, chair basic disciplinary/grievance hearings and CCMA preparations. Managing employee time and attendance records. Pay roll engagement Assisting with organizing and coordinating employee training programs. Co-ordinate training bookings and maintain training records to facilitate the annual WSP and ATR submission to Merseta. Assist in establishing EE/Skills development committee and compilation of EE Assist the HR manager in managing and administrating the HR budget. Updating and amending internal procedures and policies. Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries. Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Administrations of Medicals for new and existing employees Updating and amending of internal HR documents Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible. Issuing of exit documents Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work. Compilation and consolidation of tenders and accurate compilation and consolidation of costings of tenders Handover of awarded tenders/contracts to the Sales Manger

Requirements



Matric National Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar related qualification will be an added advantage 2+ years of experience as an HR Administrator. Advanced Excel and MS Office skills. Proven track record in a similar role and be able to work independently.
