HR Administrator As an HR administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
CV Vetting
Reference checks
Any tasks surrounding the recruitment process
Ad hoc administrative tasks including but not limited to; capturing of polygraphs, employee data and other metrics used for departmental purposes.
You will also be responsible for the take on process of new employees where you will be required to draft contracts, book polygraphs, collect starting documents and communicate directly with payroll.
