Job Description


Kern doel van die pos:Die hantering en verwerking van alle personeel en personeelverwante administrasie.Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12 met Wiskunde of Rekeningkunde;
  • 2-3 Jaar ervaring in kantoor administrasie;
  • Ervaring in MHB administrasie sal as aanbeveling dien;
  • Kennis van SAGE People sal voordelig wees;
  • Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig: Excel en Word op gevorderde vlak is 'n vereiste;
  • Goeie klanteskakelingsvaardighede;
  • Beplanning en organisering;
  • Rekenkundige vaardigheid.
Verantwoordelikhede:
  • Administrasie van doods- en ongeskiktheidseise;
  • Administrasie van Besering aan Diens gevalle;
  • Administrasie van Veiligheidsvergaderings (Notules en vergaderings);
  • Algemene administrasie van die menslike hulpbronne kantoor;
  • Prosessering en rekons van betalings van afdeling;
  • Algemene tikwerk verwant aan die menslike hulpbronne kantoor;
  • Hantering van navrae en verslae;
  • Rexc3xablings en koordinering van langdienstoekennings;
  • Hantering van pos en administrasie.
Main purpose of the position:The handling and processing of all staff and personnel-related administration.Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting;
  • 2-3 Years of experience in office administration;
  • Experience in HRM administration would serve as a recommendation;
  • Knowledge of SAGE People will be beneficial;
  • Valid driving license.
Skills:
  • Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Computer literate: Excel and Word at an advanced level is a requirement;
  • Good client engagement skills;
  • Planning and organizing;
  • Accounting skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Administration of death and disability claims;
  • Administration of Safety Meetings (Minutes and Meetings);
  • General administration of the human resources office;
  • Processing and recons of payments by department;
  • General typing related to the human resources office.
  • Handling of enquiries and reports;
  • Arrangement and coordination of long service awards;
  • Handling of post and administration.
