Job Summary JOB OVERVIEW Pretoria Eye Institute is a privately-owned hospital that provides comprehensive and specialised eye care services at its main facility in Arcadia as well as day clinics and session rooms across Gauteng. The HR Administrator is the first-line liaison with employees for all Human Resources and Employment Relations matters and plays a critical role in the accurate and timely execution of administrative elements of the HR and ER functions of the organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Staffing support 2. HR Administration & Information Systems 3. Training & Development support 4. Policy administration 5. Talent Management support 6. Health & Safety and Employee Wellness 7. Benefits and Payroll Administration 8. Employment Equity REQUIREMENTS 1.1. A relevant Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or related field at NQF level 5 or 6. 1.2. Understanding of the basic principles of South African labour legislation and HR practices. 1.3. Understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. 1.4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 1.5. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous. 1.6. A valid driver's license and own transportation. 1.7 Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or support 1.8. Strong organizational and time management skills 1.9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
