A new opportunity has become available for an HR Administrator. The HR Administrator plays an important supportive and administrative HR role for the HR and Store Operations teams. The successful applicant will need to be thorough, with excellent attention to detail, and must possess well-developed organizational skills. The position will require the ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines and to smoothly and efficiently deal with numerous issues. Time management skills and the ability to cope with pressure will be essential. The successful applicant for this position will also need to be reliable and persistent, and be able to work independently and with initiative, as he/she will be fully responsible for organizing and administering all aspects of various people issues and projects that arise. This candidate must deal with confidential information with utmost discretion and meet high standards of integrity Applicants will also need to be flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks to assist their HR and Operations team members.
