Identifying disciplinary offence and matching it with the correct sanction.
Issue warnings and update the disciplinary report as necessary
Acting as the first point of contact for employee issues or queries
Communicate and draft notices for staff
Payroll and employee administration
Acting as the custodian of the time and attendance system.
Managing and drawing clock hours weekly
Processing payroll weekly according to the clocked hours.
Printing payslips weekly
Administering Increases and updating the payroll systemReviewing of company policies and procedures to ensure we remain up to date with laws prescribed. Ensure that SOP's are updated annually and training is given as needed
