Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR corporate roles, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong understanding of engineering products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cultures.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
