IntroductionThe HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from maintaining the employee database to posting job ads. An important part of the role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. Theyll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents as required from the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be a part time student currently studying towards HR Management with 1-3 years experience in the field. Must be competent in prioritizing tasks with great time management.
