The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of practical experience in areas such as employee relations, compliance reporting, and overall HR operations. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Human Resources team, supporting managers and employees across various functions.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations:Act as a trusted HR advisor for both employees and managers on matters like performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Proven expertise in driving employee relations initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.HR Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all HR practices meet statutory requirements, including the preparation and submission of reports. Analyze HR data to provide insights that help guide business decisions.HR Operations:Manage daily HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining the HRIS.Policy Development & Implementation:Support the creation and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.Performance Management:Provide support for performance reviews, goal setting, performance improvement, and employee development plans.Employee Engagement:Work closely with management to drive employee engagement through recognition programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives.Training & Development:Identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and foster employee career development. Leverage varied learning techniques as part of an overall talent strategy.HR Projects:Contribute to HR-led projects such as organizational development, system implementations, and change management efforts.Business Partnering:Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to provide effective HR support.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly within the financial services sector.In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated experience in employee relations and providing strategic HR advice on complex issues.Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other HR-related software tools.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels.Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality HR services and solutions.High level of professionalism and ethical integrity in all HR practices.Resilient in handling stressful situations, maintaining composure, and positivity in the face of challenges.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple tasks independently.
