: The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Advise line managers and executives on HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning.
Assisting in recruitment, selection and on-boarding
Managing employee performance
HR administration and reporting
Submission of WSP & ATR
Assisting with employee programmes
Identify learning needs, support skill development, and coordinate relevant training programs.
Attend to general requests/queries from all employees.
Minimum Requirements:
HR degree
5 years experience as HR
In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
