Senior role - relevant degree / Diploma in HR essentialMust have stable work history within the MANUFACTURING workplaceAccountability for all HR GENERALIST functions and the full recruitment lifecycle.Onboarding, terminations,Creation of job descriptionsDevelopment of HR strategies and initiativesEmployee relationsAttend to IR matters and staff grievances, involvement in disciplinary processes and ensure prompt resolutionsInvolvement in career advancement policies and programmesCompile minutes of EE and Skills Development meetingsUpkeep of alll employee records and documentationUpkeep of all employee data on systemSound knowledge of HRD policies and proceduresInvolvement in skills development and related audits as required
