Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:
Team Management:

  • Oversee and managing various multiple teams in the office
  • Developing and executing HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drafting employee contracts and incentive structures
IR Management:
  • Managing and resolving IR and CCMA cases
  • Conducting disciplinary hearings, performance hearings, contracts negotiations and contract addendum drafting
  • Facilitating Conciliation and Arbitration processes
Performance Management:
  • Developing Key performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams and departments
  • Implement and conducting performance reviews and performance management
