Our client, a rapidly growing and forward-thinking company, is looking for a driven HR Business Partner to step in and build the HR function from the ground up.This is a brand-new role, previously managed by Finance, and they need someone with the knowledge, confidence, and initiative to take charge, implement best practices, and drive HR strategies forward. If you thrive in an environment where you can set up processes, bring fresh ideas, and be a key player in shaping the companys HR direction, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Full HR Function Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and strategies to align with business needs.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a smooth induction experience.
  • Employment Contracts & Compliance Draft and maintain employment contracts, ensuring alignment with labour regulations.
  • Training & Development Organise and coordinate training initiatives, including supporting the SHEQ Manager with ISO training requirements.
  • B-BBEE & Transformation Initiatives Manage all BEE-related activities, including sourcing interns, managing learnerships, and liaising with BEE auditors.
  • SHEQ & ISO Procedures Assist the SHEQ Manager / Administrator with ISO compliance and procedural implementation and training coordination.
  • HR Reporting & Record-Keeping Maintain HR documentation and assist with audits as required.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement Support in disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
RequirementsCandidate Profile:Our client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR professional who is ready to take ownership of the HR function and contribute meaningfully to the companys growth.Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, B-BBEE compliance, and labour legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a growing business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
