Job Description


Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification in HR will be beneficial but not essential
  • 5+ years Human Resources experience (Full function)
  • Employment Equity experience
  • Payroll experience
  • CCMA experience
  • Experience with VIP Premier or similar
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
  • Computer literate
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
  • Full HR function:
  • Salaries
  • Disciplinary hearings, etc.
  • Representing the company at the CCMA
  • Benefits management
  • Employment Equity
  • BBBEE
  • Industrial Relations
