GREENWAY FARMS in Tarlton (Gauteng) is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to implement end to end HR generalist services to the relevant departments, by translating the overarching people strategy into an implementable HR plan and employee value proposition. Suitable candidates must have bachelors' degree in Human Resources or equivalent, 3 year's demonstrated HR generalist experience, 2 years' demonstrated experience in a manufacturing/farming/agricultural /resource industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
HR Service excellence
Implementation of the Greenway Farms HR plan
Implement organisational diagnosis and development initiatives to ensure continuous and optimal HR service
Provide on-time and reliable HR information as well as relevant management reports to facilitate appropriate business decision
Climate conducive to delivery and excellence
Partner with line management to inculcate a culture of delivery and service excellence aligned with the division's customer service expectations
Facilitate an engaged workforce by implementing customised employee engagement initiatives
Implement various transformation programmes
Implement various organisational climate assessment tools and partner with line management to improve organisational culture, through the implementation of various employee proposition programmes
Prevented/mitigated HR operational risk
Ensure line management and employees understanding and comply with the various labour legislation codes of good practice i.e. Labour Relations Act; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; Skills Development Act and other relevant legislation as may be applicable to the operations of the company from time to time
Create awareness of understanding and compliance of the Greenway Farms policies and procedures
In partnership with the Senior HRBP, implement the division's ER plan at various departments and locations
Implement the division learning & development programmes and in partnership with line management ensure the departments has suitably qualified and skilled employees
On-time implementation of management controls from various internal audit findings
Conduct pro-active department related HR audits to ensure compliances with various HR processes, polices and procedures
Implementation of the HR cost management programmes
Partner with line management to manage overtime in line with the relevant statutory requirements
Talent and Performance Management
Implementation of the division's talent management plans, to ensure the division has suitably qualified and experienced employees
Implementation of the Greenway Farms' performance management system
Partner with line management to implement various initiatives to enhance technical (on-the-job) and behavioural competencies (core skills)
* Continuously identify, research, develop solutions and enhance people competencies to enable delivery excellence
