Hr Compliance & Health And Safety Officer

Job Description
Duties:
- Responsible for Health and Safety procedures and implementation across the group
- Ensure compliance orders are monitored and correct action implemented in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance for all units on Water and Sanitation
- Ensure compliance and and support in Department of Labour inspections across the group
- Drive adhoc HR audits
- Build key knowledge on all areas of laws and acts
- Build and implement procedures and standard documentation
- Assist in Environmental, Social and Governmental implementations and monitoring across the group
- Assist in disciplinary enquiries
- Support function to HR team
- Degree or Diploma in HR, Labour Law, Project Management
- 2 years experience in project-based work environment
- Conduct training
- Agri-industry experience would be an advantage
- Liaise with diverse teams
- Drivers License (not negotiable)
- Attention to detail and motivated
- Bi-lingual and good communication skills
