Gauteng, CenturionMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the Automotive Industry based in Centurion, Gauteng is currently looking to employ a HR Consultant.Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Science, alternatively 5 years experience in building people capacity in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • 5 8 years working experience in human resource industry.
  • Experience in working in service industry.
  • Experience in In-house or Out-Sourced consulting.
  • 5 years experience in Human Resources Development Management.
  • Experience in constructing training plans and driving employee performance.
  • Human Resources Practices.
  • Must have reliable transport.
  • Must have a valid South African drivers license.
  • Required to travel within demarcated area/s.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Integrate people strategy and/or other company strategic objectives with dealer requirements and HR service offerings.
  • Support training development within the delivery organization, including reviews, gap assessments, and sourcing or advising on learning strategies and content.
  • Support the internal communication strategy for development and planning of internal and external activities or stakeholders.
  • Research, develop, and prepare communication materials, presentations, and reports for clients, providing recommendations on best practices to address key business challenges.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations as needed for management and/or clients.
  • Lead or support the design, development, and implementation of talent management and development programs, such as succession planning and leadership development, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop creative strategies, methods, and tools to assess organizational development, human performance, and progress toward objectives.
  • Prepare plans, costings, and lead project teams (internal and external) for assigned human performance or organizational development initiatives.
  • Market company service offerings to the dealer network.
  • Ensure effective time management, balancing Elite Dealers subscribing to HR services with new HR offerings, KPI-related tasks, and ad hoc activities.
  • Identify and assess human performance-related business improvement opportunities based on program evaluations, performance measurements, benchmarking, market drivers, and industry trends. Share innovative concepts and strategies for strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
