About the role
We are looking to employ an HR coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to be a
conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Responsibilitiesxc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Assist with performance management procedures.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Support other assigned functions.
