Position: HR Data Coordinator

Barron seeks a detail-oriented and organized HR Data Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with large sets of data. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and generating reports as needed.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update employee information in HR databases and systems
Monitor data integrity and accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Generate and distribute routine and ad hoc reports to HR and other departments
Assist with audits and compliance activities related to HR data
Collaborate with HR team members to support data needs and projects
Provide training and support to HR staff on data entry best practices
Stay current with HR technology and trends to optimize data management processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR data management or a related role
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong communication and collaboration skills
