An exciting opportunity for a hospitality experienced HR Directorto join this international company, overseeing their expanding South African operations based in Cape Town.As HR Director your role oversees a large workforce across multiple locations including the commercial office & contact centre.The HR Director will be instrumental in attracting, developing, & retaining top talent while fostering a culture of engagement, diversity, & continuous improvement. This role serves as a key partner to the senior leadership team & Corporate HR team, driving HR strategies that support the business objectives.Requirements:Currently based in South AfricaBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role managing large, diverse teams across multiple locations.Experience in HR leadership within an international or multicultural environment, ideally in both corporate & operational settingsDeep understanding of South African labor laws and international HR best practices, with demonstrated experience in workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, & risk management.
