All practical Human Resource Management of the Staff, Policies, Systems, Procedures and Compliance and its extended divisionsCompilation, review, signature, and record keeping of Offers, Contracts and all other related paperwork generally expected during the course of HRMDaily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and yearly reporting to the MD of all HRM matters, people metrics, expectations, issues, changes and amendmentsBe a stellar example of the company culture and Code of Conduct Hire and Fire Writing of Offers, contracts and job descriptions, hiring of employees, conducting interviews, scouting potential talent, within and outside the firm, negotiation of terms (with sole approval from the MD) Management, conducting, and record keeping of any and all disciplinary procedures relating to the operation, with in line of the company code of conduct and in conjunction with the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act No 75 of 1997) Management of Onboarding, Induction and Training of all employeesEmployee evaluation and performance appraisalsUnbiased mediator of intra-company conflictsAssist with Payroll processing relating to work hours and time-keeping schedulesRepresentation and its extended divisions at the CCMA (should such a situation occur)Representation as the company PR-Officer, when required, approved, and in absence of the MD
Must have HR or relevant qualification . At least two years performing HR duties .
