Previous HR experience within busy call centre A MUST!!
Requirements and Skills:
Diploma in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years HR Generalist proven experience required within a busy call centre
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Recruitment experience
Basic understanding of labor legislations
Understanding of CCMA processes
Able to work independently, Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Organizational skills, Attention to detail , Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Create an efficient and conflict free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction.

- Training of staff
