HR Generalist Woodstock Cape TownOur client in events, arts, and culture is seeking an HR Generalist. The person needs 5 experience as a HR Generalist preferably from the events, arts and culture industry. It's not a corporate working environment.Salary is R 30 000 - R 40 000 and it's a hybrid job. Monday to Friday jobMin Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ManagementMaster's degree is a bonus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a non-profit or community-driven organisation.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team relationsAssist in the development and implementation of human resource strategies and policiesRecruitment and selection process, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.Support the rollout of performance management processesProvide guidance and support to the team on HR-related mattersMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Promote a diverse and inclusive, positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration and collectivism.Apply onlineFrogg Recruitment
