Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Generalist

to manage and oversee the entire HR operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and improving HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies implementation. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for selection. Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance:



Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and processes. Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:



Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements. Administer employee benefits, leaves, and insurance policies. Handle employee attendance and time-tracking systems.

Performance Management:



Implement performance appraisal processes and assist managers in performance reviews. Provide guidance on goal setting, career development, and employee feedback mechanisms.

Employee Engagement & Relations:



Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities. Address employee concerns and grievances, promoting a culture of open communication. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

Training & Development:



Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee capabilities. Collaborate with department heads to design leadership and development programs.

HR Reporting & Analytics:



Generate HR reports and analytics to track workforce trends and effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR functions.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. years of experience in HR operations, preferably in [Industry]. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Experience with HRMS and payroll software is an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
