Overview:We are recruiting for an HR Generalist to join our team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and terminations, policy implementation, employment law compliance, payroll preparations, excessive leave monitoring and management, disciplinary procedures, etc.Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA.
• HR Qualification (Diploma minimum requirement).
• Clear criminal and ITC records.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the HR field.
• Strong Labour Law knowledge.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Valid Driverxe2x80x99s Licence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Display a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Trustworthy and place extreme importance on confidentiality.
