Job Description
The purpose of the role is to assist in managing the HR Function for the Eastern Cape region and Durban. In so doing actively partner with operations and union to ensure positive working environment in which staff are engaged; and adequate skilled human resources are available to ensure continuity of the operational environment.Required Skills
- Tertiary Qualification in HR/ Industrial Psychology/Labour Law or Social Sciences
- At least 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant HR experience in an FMCG environment
- A keen interest in Industrial Relations and creating a culture of performance and discipline with experience in representing the company at the CCMA.
- Experience in working with union
- Computer literate
- Results driven
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
- Proven customer orientation, assertiveness and problem-solving skills in a high pace and demanding business environment
- Business acumen and good decision-making skills with strong leadership skills
