Job Description


Our client, an insurance, banks, financial services outsource company is looking for a HR Generalist in JHB (JHB North) to join the team:Provide effective human resources support to people management practices, processes and systems.To add value through the continuous improvement of our people management practices, systems and policies.- Recruitment- Employee Relations- Performance Management- Organisational Design- Training and Development- Provide support and assistance with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.Qualifications:

  • Matric.
  • National diploma in HR, or significant progress studying towards a recognised Human Resources qualification is a requirement.
  • At least 4-5 years relevant working experience as an HR Generalist in a related business is required.
  • BCEA, LRA, OHS and related labour legislation knowledge and application are required.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of payroll related financial concepts is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of good work performance is required.
