Job Description


Provide full-spectrum HR support to assigned branches. Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace grievances. Ensure compliance with all bargaining council agreements and procedures. Support managers in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development. Drive HR-related projects and ensure alignment with company objectives. Monitor and report on HR metrics.
5+ years experience in an HR generalist role. Management experience is highly advantageous. Automotive industry background is essential; candidates from manufacturing will also be considered. IR and Bargaining Council experience is non-negotiable. A deep understanding of disciplinary procedures and CCMA processes is required. Own vehicle
