Ensure compliance with all bargaining council agreements and procedures. Support managers in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development. Drive HR-related projects and ensure alignment with company objectives. Monitor and report on HR metrics.
5+ years experience in an HR generalist role. Management experience is highly advantageous. Automotive industry background is essential; candidates from manufacturing will also be considered. IR and Bargaining Council experience is non-negotiable. A deep understanding of disciplinary procedures and CCMA processes is required. Own vehicle
