Job Description
Morgan Motor Group is searching for an HR Generalist to join the HR and Compliance Team. The team is on a group level and provides assistance to multiple dealerships within the group.The preferred candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes: * Human Resources Degree or Related Degree
- 3-5 Years' experience with in an HR Generalist role
- 1-2 Years' experience in payroll
- At least 2 years experience with the full B-BBEE function
- Experience on Sage VIP (Classic) Payroll will be an advantage
- Experience with MIBCO would be an advantage
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Self-motivator
- Attention to Detail
- Able to work in a pressurized, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Passionate about administrative tasks
- Take own initiative
- Fast learner
- Driver's lisence
- Process Payroll for Dealerships
- Provide support with B-BBEE Monitoring and Implementation
- Provide support with Employment Equity
- Provide support with Skills Development
- Provide support with Occupational Health and Safety
