This role requires professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and care. The HR generalist will oversee all essential HR functions, while providing comprehensive support to staff, and fostering a positive, collaborative and fair work environment.Do you have a passion for Human Resources in the hospitality sector?Are you energetic and excel in a fast-paced environments?We're seeking a organised, detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Human Resources. • Grade 12 or equivalent
• Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational or Industrial Psychology,
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality experience advantageous)
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Familiar with all legislature and amendments with regards to Human Resources (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA)
• Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageous
