• A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and Employment Equity reporting is advantageous.
• People-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and support strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Experience with SAGE 300 People is a plus.
• Own transport is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Support the performance management process by assisting managers and employees.
• Oversee training and development programs, including Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
• Ensure compliance with Employment Equity reporting and statutory HR requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ad hoc duties.
• Provide support for disciplinary processes and employee relations matters, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manage Health and Safety administration and ECOIDA processes.
• Support the development and monitoring of HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Assist with general HR legal compliance processes.
