Joubert & Associates (Pty) Ltd currently has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and energetic HR Graduate to join their well-established firm of HR Practitioners as from the 6th of January 2025.The successful incumbent will be appointed as an HR Consultant and will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally). Key performance areas will include the following:
- Organisational Development
- Talent Management
- Labour Relations
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
- Remuneration
- Performance Management
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Career Counselling
- Training and Development
- General Business Consulting
- An Honours degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (minimum requirement)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills / high emotional intelligence
- Above average professional language skills (speaking, reading and writing xe2x80x93 English and Afrikaans)
- Excellent project management / organisational skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Very good computer skills (MS Office xe2x80x93 especially MS Word)
- Driverxe2x80x99s licence and own transport
