Job Description


Our client is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR team and ensure smooth human resources operations.Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft, Basic Computer skills.
  • Experience with MS Office
Soft Skills:
  • Time Management and Organization.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Motivation and Positive Attitude
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Assistance:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials and assist in interview preparation.
Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire paperwork.
Employee Wellness Programs:
  • Help design and implement employee wellness initiatives (e.g., fitness challenges, mental health workshops, or health fairs).
Training and Development:
  • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions.
General HR Support:
  • Provide general administrative support, such as organizing HR files.
  • Policies.
  • Assist with internal communication tasks, such as creating or distributing company-wide emails or newsletters.
