Specs: Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Need to be a South African citizen.Essential Job Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Formulate and drive HR Strategy for the company - in alignment with business objectives of country.
xc2xb7 Hire quality Human Resource within defined Turn Around Time
xc2xb7 Onboarding and induction of new hires
xc2xb7 Drive engagement of employees
xc2xb7 Design and execute strategies for employee retention.
xc2xb7 Participate in workforce head count budget and HR Cost and ensure they are maintained within budget
xc2xb7 Revision /Amendment of policies in consultation with Global HR lead.
xc2xb7 Conflict resolution and creating a political meritocratic culture at the South African subsidiary.
xc2xb7 Ensure performance discussion and act as moderator in performance discussions.
xc2xb7 Drive annual merit increase as per process.
xc2xb7 Oversee, statutory compliances, payroll, attendance, time keepingJob Type: Full-timeEducation:
