3-6 years experience within HR (transport/logistics sector)
HR or Business Management degree/diploma essential
PAYE/EMP201 submissions
NBCRL reconciliation and payment experience
CCMA case experience
Strong understanding of UIF, COIDA, and SDL
Experience with STATS SA, DOL, and SARS submissions
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full-cycle payroll processing (new hires, terminations, overtime, commissions, benefits, etc.)
Regulatory submissions (IRP5, COID, STATS SA, UIF)
Timekeeping management (Ouch system or manual timesheet review)
Leave tracking and compliance
Employee record maintenance and data protection compliance
Processing work advances and staff loans
Recruitment and onboarding
Employee relations support
Benefits administration and support
HR records management, reporting, and data analysis
Responding to employee queries (retirement fund loans, garnishees, study assistance, benefits, policies)
Full IR function
