Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Leader to join our People leadership Team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

By leveraging data and analytics, you'll provide insights to shape decision-making and proactively address emerging HR trends.

As a mentor to other HR leaders, you will cultivate a high-performance culture and guide managers through performance management and employee relations, ensuring a cohesive and effective people strategy throughout the organization.

This is an on-site role with some occasional hybrid working, you would be working from our offices in Johannesburg, South Africa, or Nairobi, Kenya, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa.

Expertise Required:

HR Experience

: Minimum of 10 years as an HR Generalist with a strong foundation in People Partnering.

Talent Management

: Experience in designing and implementing talent development initiatives that yield tangible results.

Employee Relationships

: Deep understanding of employee relations and local labor practices.

Compensation and Benefits

: Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.

Leadership

: Proven ability to coach and advise senior leaders.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical skills to leverage data in shaping people strategies and tracking key metrics.

Collaboration

: Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
