Job Description


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous)
  • 5-7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour law, HR systems proficiency, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Aligning HR strategies with business goals
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention while ensuring employment equity compliance
  • Managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution
  • Maintaining HR policies in line with labour laws
  • Implementing training programs and ensuring SETA compliance
  • Administering performance reviews and supporting managers in employee development
  • Overseeing payroll, benefits, and compliance with SARS regulations
  • Tracking workforce metrics and compiling statutory reports
