Our client in the automotive industry requires a Human Resource Manager to join them in Selby, Gauteng. The successful candidate will have strong experience in the motor industry with stable employment track record. Must have worked at a company with average of 300 staff.POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Automotive industry)
Geographical area: Selby, Gauteng

• Minimum 7-10 years HR Experience and exposure to Blue Collar and Business Processes

Strong knowledge and proved experience in Industrial Relations * Knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices

• Ability to deal with Senior Strategic Level Management
• Oversee payroll function
• Travelling to various branches within Gauteng

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Relevant HR degree
• Strong IR and EE experience
• Experience with unions and Merseta
• Experience in the Motor industry
• Stable employment track record
