You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:
Managing talent acquisition and on-boarding
Transformation & BBBEE scorecard
Labour relations
Partner with business / leadership team to provide and execute current and future talent needs for the business
Managing a varying range of diverse skillsets and professions within the organization.
Provide support and guidance to the HR team regarding all related HR mattersSkills & Experience:
5 years in HR management non negotiable
Experience managing human resources function within the ICT sector would be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityQualification:
