Job Summary Our client based in Durban is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate would need to have a strong IR and ER background and have previous experience in a managerial role. Minimum requirements: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar field. Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager in the automotive sector or related industry. Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations Microsoft Office Strong IR and ER knowledge Roles and Responsibilities: Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management Manage all aspects of Human Resources and Industrial Relations within the company. Experience in managing Section 189A, CCMA cases, union matters and employment equity. Manage all aspects of legal and statutory requirements within the company, including internal and external audits Oversee end to end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and selection. HR Policies and Compliance Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements Ensure compliance with employment equity and BEE requirements Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems Actively manage evaluations of employee performances within the company Develop strategies for employee recognition and career development Training and Development Oversee training needs with the organization and design or implement relevant training programmes Encourage continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge BEE Management Manage the BEE program and ensure accreditation levels are achieved and maintained Benefits and Compensations Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive packages and adherence to budget constraints General Admin & IT Manage all general admin activities and assets of the company Manage all IT aspectsPronel PersonnelRecruiter
