Job Description


Our client based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is looking to employ an HR Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Manager.
  • IR experience is a requirement.
  • B-BBEE and skills development experience is critical.
  • Payroll experience preferential.
  • Individual must be a skillful recruiter.
  • Relevant Bachelors degree is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
  • Build effective relationships with management and staff.
  • Manage and coordinate the disciplinary and grievance process
  • Ensure adherence to Labour Relations Legislation
  • CCMA representation
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to onboarding and induction.
  • Promote employment equity through equitable recruitment processes.
  • Performance management and job descriptions
  • Manage Employment Equity and report as per legislation.
  • Skills development facilitation - manage training and development. Ensure that a
  • workplace skills plan and annual training report is submitted timeously
  • Implement HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Develop company policies
